Lumiere Artscape was established in Houston with a clear purpose — to bring the discipline of fine art to the practice of landscape design. Our founders saw a gap between the transactional world of lawn care and the transformative potential of a truly designed outdoor environment.
Over fifteen years, we have grown from a boutique residential studio into one of Houston's most trusted names in luxury landscaping — serving private estates, corporate campuses, and government facilities with the same exacting standard of craft.
The name Lumiere — French for light — reflects our signature approach: we design landscapes that are as compelling after dark as they are by day, using professional lighting to reveal the architecture of every garden we create.

Founder & Principal Designer
With over 20 years in luxury landscape design, Marcus founded Lumiere Artscape to pursue a singular vision: landscapes that function as living works of art. His work has been recognized by the Texas Nursery & Landscape Association and featured in Architectural Digest.
Sofia Reyes
Director of Design
Sofia leads the design studio with a background in landscape architecture from Texas A&M and a decade of experience on high-end residential and commercial projects across Houston. Her plant palettes are known for their lushness and climate intelligence.
James Whitfield
Senior Horticulturist
James brings 18 years of horticultural expertise to every Lumiere project. His deep knowledge of Gulf Coast plant material ensures that every garden we install is built to thrive in Houston's demanding climate.
